François Dumaine is a Partner with PRA Inc., a national research firm specialized in program evaluation. Over the years, he has completed multiple evaluation assignments, involving federal, provincial, and municipal governments, as well as community-based and non-profit organizations. François is an active member of the evaluation community. He has served as National President of the Canadian Evaluation Society from 2008 to 2010 and currently serves on the Board of the CES Educational Fund.
