Cancellation/refund policy

Refunds will be given for requests received in writing postmarked no later than end of day Friday, May 16, 2014, less an administration fee of $100; send an e-mail to kayla@megram.com. After the cancellation deadline, we regret that no refunds will be granted; however, we will accept substitute delegates. The substituting party is responsible for all final financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information. All refunds will be issued by August 31, 2014.

Accommodations

Arrangements for sleeping accomodations have been made with the Lord Elgin Hotel for delegates from out of town. Use the Lord Elgin Hotel booking tool to take advantage of the rate for C2014 delegates.
