Simon Roy is a partner at Goss Gilroy Inc. and soon to be past president of the CES-National Capital Chapter. As a consultant, Simon conducted over 70 program evaluations since 1995 in a wide range of areas, including human resources, economic development, science, natural resources and culture. Apart from consulting, Simon enjoys teaching part-time at OttawaU and l’Université du Québec en Outaouais in program evaluation and research methods. Prior to becoming a consultant, he completed a PhD in Industrial Sociology at the University of Paris.
