Shelley Borys

Shelley Borys is Director General, Evaluation for the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada, a shared service evaluation function. With prior experience as Director of Evaluation in two other federal departments and more than 12 years consulting, she is a frequent presenter on program evaluation and performance measurement. Shelley has been actively involved with the CES for the past 20 years, currently contributing as a member of the Credentialing Board. She was awarded the CES award for Service to the Society in 1997, the CES National Capital Chapter Karl Boudreault Award for Leadership in Evaluation in 2004, and with Benoît Gauthier, Natalie Kishchuk and Simon Roy, the CESEF award for Contribution to Research on Evaluation Practice in 2009. She has a PhD in social psychology and is a Credentialed Evaluator.
